  Round-the-clock (adj.)

  ●Happening or done all day and all night.

  (全天候的,日夜不停的)

  1.She's very sick and needs round-the-clock care.  

  2.He is now in hiding and under round-the-clock protection.

  Push forward (phrasal verb)

  ●To progress, advance, or move forward, especially in spite of some difficulty, hardship, or obstacle.

  (推进,推行)

  1.Their research has pushed forward the frontiers of knowledge.  

  2.They decided to push forward with the production of their war film, despite protests from activist groups decrying its historical inaccuracies.

  Affiliate (noun)

  ●An affiliate is an organization which is officially connected with another, larger organization or is a member of it.(隶属机构,分支机构)

  1.Our college is an affiliate of the university.

  Result in (phrasal verb)

  ●To cause something, or to produce something.

  Outpatient (noun)

  ●A patient who is not hospitalised overnight but who visits a hospital, clinic, or associated facility for diagnosis or treatment.(门诊病人)

  2.While most patients can be treated as outpatients, some need hospital care.
